Lakeshore Psychology does not accept insurance and is considered an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of service via credit card or HSA/FSA cards. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, a monthly receipt (superbill) can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
